As an SEO Specialist/Team Lead with expertise in the Thai, Indonesian and Vietnamese language, you will be pivotal in optimizing our digital presence for the Vietnamese market. You will focus on driving organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and ensuring our content is tailored for the Vietnamese audience. Your leadership role will involve guiding a team of SEO specialists to achieve these goals efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Keyword Research and Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research in Vietnamese, identifying relevant terms and phrases for our target audience.
- Analyze search trends and user behavior to optimize content for maximum visibility.
- On-Page SEO Optimization:
- Implement on-page SEO best practices, including meta tags, headers, and URL structures, ensuring relevance to the Vietnamese language.
- Collaborate with content creators to seamlessly integrate target keywords into website content.
- Technical SEO:
- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting site performance.
- Optimize website structure, navigation, and loading speed for an enhanced user experience.
- Local SEO Strategies:
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance local search visibility, including optimizing Google My Business profiles and local directories.
- Competitor Analysis:
- Stay updated on SEO trends in the Vietnamese market and conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Team Leadership (for Team Lead position):
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
- Oversee the development and implementation of SEO strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications:
- Fluency in Vietnamese with a deep understanding of cultural nuances in content creation.
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, with at least 2 years of experience specifically working on projects targeting the Vietnamese market.
- For Team Lead position: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools, Google Analytics, and search engine algorithms.
- Technical proficiency in website optimization and content management systems.
- Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
