Overview:
As a Marketing Business Operation, you will play a crucial supporting role in ensuring the smooth execution of Marketing. This position involves administrative tasks to facilitate the efficiency of the digital marketing team and contribute to the overall success of our online campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Coordination:
- Assist in coordinating digital marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution of tasks and milestones.
- Collaborate with team members to gather necessary assets and information for campaign deployment.
- Data Entry and Analytics:
- Input and maintain data related to digital marketing campaigns, including performance metrics and user engagement data.

- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Create reports and dashboards to visualize data and communicate insights effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
- Conduct data quality assessments and ensure data integrity.
- Administrative Support:

- Assist in tracking and maintaining the marketing budget, providing regular updates on expenditures and forecasting.
- Collaborate with the finance team to initiate and track payments to vendors; Ensure timely payments to vendors, adhering to payment terms and agreements.
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- At least 2 years experience, proficiency in digital marketing tools, MS Office, Google Docs/Sheet, Data Analyst, Report Dashboard, Budget Control

- Master in SQL, BI, Query is a big plus
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Languages: proficiency in English.
