Overview:
As a Social Media Specialist/ Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind our brand’s social presence. You will create engaging content, interact with our online community, and develop strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement on various social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, Youtube and LinkedIn.
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) matching with the industry community.
- Collaborate with influencers to create and promote authentic content that aligns with the brand.
- Plan and execute live stream campaigns, ensuring a seamless and engaging viewer experience.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with the online community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Analyze social media metrics, track KOL performance and provide regular reports on performance/ campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated on social media trends and emerging platforms to keep the brand presence innovative.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts, working with influencers, and executing live stream campaigns for at least 3-5 years.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English or Bahasa
- Creativity and ability to think strategically about social media content.
