Overview:
As the Brand & Communication Supervisor, you will be a key player in shaping and maintaining our brand image. This role involves overseeing communication strategies, managing PR, social media channels, events, sponsorship and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand communication strategies to strengthen brand identity and recognition.
- Oversee the planning and execution of brand events, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives.
- Manage sponsorships and partnerships to enhance the brand’s visibility and engagement.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines; Manage and curate content for various channels, including the company website and social media platforms.
- Identify relevant media outlets, both online and traditional, within the online entertainment / sport industry; Cultivate relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers covering topics related to our brand.
- Supervise social media specialists, providing guidance and ensuring cohesive messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for brand differentiation.
- Analyze communication metrics and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in brand management and communication at least 3 years.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English.
- Familiarity with social media management, media relationship, content creation, and event planning.
